The Kovakka kondattam is dry Coccinia grandis, It is very famous in south Indian side and it is been served for lunch after frying.
The kondattam is been made by using the curd and salt. The Coccinia grandis is been dipped in to curd and salt for 2 to 3 days and keep it natural light (sun) for 4 to 5 days.
